There is nothing that I enjoy more than working with people to connect them with their passion and purpose as individuals, leaders and/or teams. Through focused reflection and a commitment to action, I am finally in a position that I can devote myself to this through my own practice. This is my passion project where the ultimate goal is to make dreams come true. I would love to start with your dream.

My FIRST BLOOM

My first bloom included over 25 years of internal and external leadership and consulting experience with Fortune 500, 100 and not-for-profit organizations spanning the healthcare, technology, consumer products, public service, entertainment, aerospace, and defense industries.

I honed my skills and experience in designing organizations, managing change, developing leaders, building teams and shaping organization cultures to achieve organizational success and provide an outstanding employee and customer experience.
